VILLA DESIGN
Detached 3 bed modern villa with private pool, outside seating areas with shade. The villa is air conditioned throughout, with an open plan lounge/ kitchen, modern appliances including filtered water, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. dining for six people and lounge area with 65" smart TV programs in English and Spanish also Netflix. Restrooms all are spacious with large shower areas. Quality comfortable bedding , towels and pool towels are provided.
THREE BEDROOMS
Ground floor bedroom one, with two single beds, next the bedroom there is a ground floor shower room. This bedroom has access to garden via patio doors.
First floor Master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite shower room, views internally and to outside garden/pool.
First floor second double bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite shower room, his and hers sinks, Beautiful views to front garden and countryside.
ROOFTOP LOUNGE
The rooftop cocktail lounge is a beautiful area to enjoy the evenings, large artificial grass area, modern designer seating and pergola giving shade and providing a cosy feeling, with ambient lighting setting the mood for a great evening.
POOLSIDE LOUNGE
Another lounger area under shade is next to the pool, with awning providing much needed shade.
